VERY IMPORTANT: Prior to making a booking, please read our booking policy and ‘Before You Book’ information below.

Booking Policy

All bookings require a non refundable deposit. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Your booking can only be rearranged once, with at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a new deposit is required.

As a courtesy, I request at least 48 hours notice in the event your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, so that I may have the opportunity to fill your time slot.

Any cancellations or rearrangements made within the 48 hour notice period of your booking will be charged at 50% of the remaining balance.

No shows will be charged the full remaining balance of your appointment.

I understand that there may at times be exceptional circumstances, but my policy is non negotiable. This policy protects myself and my business, thank you for understanding.

Before You Book

MICROPIGMENTATION TREATMENTS CAN NOT GO AHEAD FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE/SUFFER FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Pregnant/breastfeeding
  • High/Low blood pressure
  • Problems with wound healing
  • Diabetic
  • Undergoing Chemotherapy/ Radiotherapy (must be 6 months post)
  • Viral infections (diseases)
  • Had botox/filler within a 2 week period of appointment (in the area to be treated)
  • Heart problems
  • Taking blood thinning medication
  • Epilepsy/backouts
  • Sick with a cold or flu-like virus
  • Used Accutane or Rooaccutane in the last 12 months
  • Have allergies to nickle or iron oxide
  • Unrealistic expectations
  • Vitiligo treatments can only go ahead if the vitiligo has been stable for AT LEAST 7 years – if not there is a possible risk that the vitiligo would spread.
  • Not all hyperpigmented (darker) scars can be worked on – there is a risk of them becoming even darker A COLOUR PATCH TEST IS ALWAYS REQUIRED
  • Darker skin tones are not always suitable for scar camouflage

 

If you suffer from, or have ever had a coldsore, and are looking to get our lip blush treatment. You must take anti viral medication for 5 days prior to your appointment and 5 days after to prevent an outbreak. Tablets can be bought from any online pharmacy, we recommend www.doctorfox.co.uk

Consultations

In-person Consultation

30 mins · £50

A face-to-face consultation for clients who wish to have a more in-depth discussion prior to booking. I will examine the area to be treated and walk you through the treatments and process and answer any questions.

Please note if you go ahead with the service, £50 will be deducted from the treatment cost.

 

Video consultation

15 mins · £10

For those clients who want to talk through a service or the area to be treated in more detail prior to booking.

Please note if you go ahead with the service, £10 will be deducted from the treatment cost

 

Patch test

 

Patch test (swab of colour behind ear)

15 mins · £25

I recommend a patch test prior to all services that use pigment

Please note, patch tests must be done at least 48hrs before the treatment.

£25 will be deducted from your treatment cost should you choose to go ahead

 

Patch test (implanting a small amount of colour)

30 mins · £50

If you have a scar and want to book a scar camouflage service, you can have a patch test prior. Patch tests are £50 and if you go ahead with the full treatment will be deducted from your treatment cost.

Please note a period of 2 weeks must be between the patch test and full treatment.
